“Always Audrey: Six Iconic Photographers. One Legendary Star"
An exhibition of images taken throughout Audrey Hepburn’s life and career by photographers that include Milton H. Greene, Douglas Kirkland and Terry O’Neill. In conjunction with the just-released book of the same name.
Costumes spanning five decades of Hepburn’s career in theater and on film, including pieces by Walter Plunkett (below), Edith Head and Irene Lentz, as well as memorabilia, photographs and pieces from her personal wardrobe. Through Jan. 12, 2020.
This tribute to Barbra Streisand ranges from her class-of-1959 yearbook from Brooklyn’s Erasmus Hall to costumes from Funny Girl, including the Irene Sharaff gown seen here, Yentl, and her 1965 TV special, My Name is Barbra, as well as vintage album covers, photographs and other memorabilia.
“In Pursuit of Fashion: The Sandy Schreier Collection”
Legendary costume designer Gilbert Adrian (a gown from his Fall 1945 collection is seen here) is featured alongside designs by Cristobal Balenciaga, Gabrielle Chanel, Christian Dior and others in this showcase of one of America’s most influential collectors of fashion. On exhibit through May 17, 2020.
A public preview in advance of the three-day auction, set for Dec. 6-8, featuring more than 1,000 lots from the estate of Elizabeth Taylor. Clothing, costume jewelry, accessories and home-decor items are featured. Two boxed-set auction catalogs are also offered for sale, with proceeds from a limited-edition version benefiting the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.

Joseff of Hollywood jewelry worn by Vivien Leigh, a Walter Plunkett costume sketch (seen here), and a test wand for Glinda the Good Witch are included.
